We had a great day out at Lady Musgrave Island with the kids. The pontoon was still closed but this didn't take anything away from the day. The island is amazing, the snorkelling was great, and the glass bottom boat was good too. The crew were very helpful and friendly, especially on the way out as it was a bit rough and one of our little ones was seasick. Great memories were made....

    4. The boat was very uncomfortable. The upper deck reeked of bathroom, crew claimed ventilation issues. The bottom was either arctic cold at the front or sauna hot at the back. Needless to say everyone got sick.

Very disappointed in the way this company deals with their clients. We booked 2 months in advance and due to very windy conditions our cruise was cancelled, we were told this is a possibility and we understand the weather is beyond their control.

The disappointing part is the fact we were put on standby for the week that we were at 1770, only to be told there's a very slim chance of getting on as we had 5 kids in our group and the adults will take preference. It didn't count for anything the fact that we booked 2 months ago. We won't be back!!! We will rather support the company who runs this sort of service out of Bunderberg.

Musgrave island itself was very beautiful, but my experience was soiled by the cruise.

Just be prepared to have a little bit rough travelling, if the sea is rough which is beyond the company's control; it the nature.

Fantastic trip. Sea was pretty rough on the way out but it didn't distract from an amazing experience! Saw so much, so many fish, manta rays, whales and swam with turtles. Staff were really friendly, helpful and informative so I learnt a lot about the coral as well as the fish. Got a coral tour, island tour and to snorkel. It was a great place to snorkel as it isn't too deep so you can almost dive to the bottom and can see everything. Didn't feel that I would have benefited more from diving instead. This tour was quieter than tours up north and a bit cheaper so a good choice for me. Simply incredible day!

Very poorly organized tour, terrible boat and some rude crew. I've been on 4-5 similar tours around the great barrier reef, this was the worst.

Fantastic place to spend the whole day in an Island and the underwater world is amazing; the best place, close to Brisbane, to see the reef. Food and drink on board was very good. Very nice customer service.

    3. The captain on the day was very rude. It was raining but he told my dad to take off his rain coat so other passengers could wear it (Is he racist?)

    1. There was no indication of when the activities were scheduled for and how long each would go for. I didn't end up doing what I hoped to because all the other activities the crew rushed us to do took a very long time.

    2. We only spent about 3 hours on the island not the advertised 5
